Aurora was developed by Cubex and funded by Fiera Real Estate in a programmatic joint venture backed by clients of CBRE Global Investment Partners. Cubex, backed by Fiera Real Estate, sold Aurora for £62.13 million to Royal London Asset Management in 2018.
