Clockwise Bristol

The striking red brick and stone building which originally housed the generator for Bristol’s tram system will be brought back to life as inspiring and unconventional office space for businesses.

Generator Building is the latest phase of office space at Finzels Reach, which is also home to Aurora, a major speculative scheme that completed in 2018, and Bridgewater House.

Introducing Clockwise Bristol, a design led workspace situated in the historic Grade II listed Generator building, which first opened in 1899 and was once home to the generator that powered the City’s tram system.

Clockwise provides well-designed, contemporary private offices, shared workspaces and meeting rooms with brilliantly flexible membership plans.

Set to be one of the South West’s most impressive workspaces, it offers extensive views of Bristol’s ‘floating harbour’ and spans over six floors and 30,611 sq. ft. The building provides a range of design-led spaces to work from, including dedicated offices, private desks, event spaces, on-site Café Two Hands, and a member’s lounge.
