BDO FIRST IN DOOR AT BRIDGEWATER HOUSE - PROPERTY WEEK

BDO intends to become the first occupier at HDG Mansur's Bridgewater House in Bristol city centre, a speculative office scheme. As tipped by by Property Week, the accountancy firm is to take the fifth floor at the 117,000 sq ft property,

FINZELS REACH'S BRIDGEWATER HOUSE SNAPS UP BDO AS ITS FIRST TENANT

HDG Mansur has signed-up accountants and business advisers BDO as its first occupier for Bridgewater House, a 117,000 sq ft grade A office building, at its £255 million mixed-use Finzels Reach scheme located in the heart of Bristol’s city centre.

BDO will take 8,707 sq ft on the fifth floor. The move stems from BDO’s existing lease expiring and their desire to move to larger offices that reflect the company’s ethos for growth...
