The Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”).
Cubex complies with the data protection principles set out in the Act in relation to personal data which you give to us via this website to the extent that the Act requires it to do so.
The Act says, amongst other things, that we must:

- Keep your information secure, accurate and up-to-date
- Dispose of your information when we no longer need it

We do not sell, rent or lease the information we collect to any third parties and we do not use or disclose information of a sensitive nature such as information about any disability that you might have, your race, religion, or political affiliations, without firstly obtaining your explicit consent.
Where you have expressed consent we may share relevant information to third parties to enable us/them to provide financial assistance and advise.

We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Please contact us if at any time you wish to have your personal information removed from our records, or you wish us to stop using your personal information in certain ways, or if you wish to discover the extent of personal information that we hold about you.
Changes to privacy policy
We reserve the right to add to or amend this privacy policy at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Please review our privacy policy on a regular basis to make sure you have read the latest version and you understand what we do with your personal information. Your continued use of our services or our web sites following the posting of changes to these terms means that you consent to those changes.
