The Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”).
Cubex complies with the data protection principles set out in the Act in relation to personal data which you give to us via this website to the extent that the Act requires it to do so.
The Act says, amongst other things, that we must:
- Use your information fairly, and only for the purposes that we say we need it
- Keep your information secure, accurate and up-to-date
- Dispose of your information when we no longer need it
Collection and use of personal information

We use a third party email service provider to do this who treats all data from us as proprietary and confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Who we share your information with
The information is held in files and on our computer system and can only be seen by those who need to. We do not sell, rent or lease the information we collect to any third parties and we do not use or disclose information of a sensitive nature such as information about any disability that you might have, your race, religion, or political affiliations, without firstly obtaining your explicit consent.
Where you have expressed consent we may share relevant information to third parties to enable us/them to provide financial assistance and advise.
Control of your personal information
We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the Act requires.
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Please contact us if at any time you wish to have your personal information removed from our records, or you wish us to stop using your personal information in certain ways, or if you wish to discover the extent of personal information that we hold about you.
