Bridgewater House

Bridgewater House is an exceptional Grade A office building in the heart of Finzels Reach and designed to BREEAM Excellent environmental standards.

Developer Cubex, backed by Fiera Real Estate, acquired the partly-let building in 2013 before investing in refurbishing the space which extends across six floors. The offices, encompassing 115,000 sq ft, are now fully let.

Along with funding partner Fiera Real Estate, Cubex sold Bridgewater House to a family office for £56.3 million in 2017.

It also includes basement parking, a secluded landscaped courtyard and external terraces and balconies. Current tenants of the building on Counterslip, Finzels Reach, include BDO, Barclays and EDF.
